Fuzhou Catering and Cuisine Industry Association
Founded in 1985, Fuzhou Catering and Cuisine Industry Association has united the vast number of colleagues in the culinary industry to practice the concept of "Inheritance, Development, Exploration and Innovation" over the years, and has been committed to the recovery and collation of cooking historical materials in Fuzhou, research and exploration of Fujian cuisine cooking theories, and organized the publication of Cultural Talk on Fujian Food, Brilliance of Fujian, Century-old Juchunyuan, The Essence of Fujian Cuisineand other monographs.
With 615 members, Fuzhou Catering and Cuisine Industry Association works with relevant departments to organize cooking technology exchanges, technical demonstrations, technical evaluationsand technical level assessments, and undertake the Fujian cuisine vocational skills competition in Fuzhou.
Fuzhou Catering and Cuisine Industry Association has eight special committees, including Famous Chef Committee, Catering Committee, Snack Committee, Fotiaoqiang Committee, Front Office Service Committee, Time-honored Brand Committee, Hakka Cuisine CommitteeandPre-made Food Committee, and the Department of Fujian Cuisine Promotion and Planning.
