The museum has three floors in total, of which the first and second floors are cultural relics exhibition areas, with the exhibits ranging from the crockery dishware in the Shang and Zhou dynasties to various eating utensils, food documents and materials in later historical dynasties until modern times. It clearly shows the origin, evolution, development and inheritance of Fujian cuisine culture through science and technology as well as physical objects. The third floor is the Fujian cuisine exhibition area. Taking Mindu culture as the theme, it displays the essence of Fujian cuisine that enjoys a history of thousands of years, and forms a "Fujian Cuisine Impression Hall" where the food looks delicious and visitors can have a wonderful experience.
