Juchunyuan Hotel
Founded in 1865 (the fourth year of the Tongzhi period of Qing Dynasty), Juchunyuan is a well-known time-honored hotel in Fujian Province. As the main birthplace of Fujian cuisine, it is well known at home and abroad for cooking Fotiaoqiang, the most famous dish in Fujian cuisine. In November 1990, Juchunyuan's Fotiaoqiang won the Golden Tripod Award; In June 1996, it was awarded the title of China Time-honored Brand by the Ministry of Commerce. On June 14, 2008, Juchunyuan's Fotiaoqiang cooking skills were included in the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Additionally, Juchunyuan Hotel also won the honors like Top Ten Restaurants in Fujian, Excellent Catering Enterprise in Fujian, Enterprise with Excellent Contributions to Chinese Cuisine in 30 Years, Chinese Cuisine - National Representative Brand Enterprise of Theme Banquet in the Province, and gold medal at the First Fujian Cuisine Innovation Competition of Gulou District with the theme of "Fujian Dishes, New Tastes."
