Fuzhou is known as the "fish ball capital of China."There is a saying in Fuzhou that "No feast is complete without fish balls."Fuzhou fish balls made with traditional techniques are chewyand tastefresh and tender, enjoyinga great popularity both at home and abroad.On the morning of March 2, the Fujian Cuisine Culture Museum held a study touractivity of "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Fuzhou Fish Balls" to help children understand the past and present of fish balls and experience the making techniques of fish balls. The children played while learning, made and tasted fish balls by themselves to have a deep understanding ofFuzhou's traditional food culture.

By visiting the museum, the children not only learned about the rich specialties of Fujian's nine prefecture-level cities, but also understood the historical development of Fujian cuisine in different periods and social backgrounds.

As one of Fuzhou's classic snacks, fish balls are highly favored by Fuzhou people.During the study tour, with the help of professional chefs, the children participated in a fierce "fishball making competition" to experience the craftsmanship and improve their practical ability.
