Chinese pastry class
The teaching programme is formulated according to the national Chinese pastry skills training standards to comprehensively teach students the professional knowledge of pastry ingredients, making technology and pastry innovation, and systematically teach them all kinds of pastry techniques, such as frying, boiling, frying, baking, etc., as well as making skills of Xiaolongbao (a type of small Chinese steamed bun), Yuhua rice dumplings, Lanzhou noodles, Longxu noodles, and Shanxi sliced noodles as well as their respective soup base skills.
Western pastry class
The teaching programme is formulated according to the national Western-style pastry skills training standards, and well-known hotel chefs and masters who have been engaged in pastry making for years are employed to comprehensively teach students the professional knowledge of Western pastry making skills, bakery operation and management, from the shallower to the deeper, and systematically teach them the making skills of more than 100 kinds of pastries such as flavor cakes, popular bread, flaky pastries, egg tarts, crisp desserts, jelly and mousse.
