Cooperation in School-running between Fuzhou Juchunyuan Group and Fujian Business University
On the morning of November 9, 2018, Juchunyuan Cooking College of Fujian Business University was officially inaugurated in the Lianjiang Campus of the university. It is the first cooking industry college under a public undergraduate institution.

Goals of talents training: The specialty is designed to cultivate high-quality applied talents with innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial spirit, and strong comprehensive abilities in cooking technology and skills, design of nutrition recipe, food development, culinary education and international food culture exchanges, who can engage in food production, nutrition recipe design and catering management, nutrition consulting, culinary education, etc. in the fields of cooking process, food production, design of nutrition recipe and cooking skills inheritance, according to the development needs of the modern catering industry and big health industry.
Advantages: In 2017, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council agreed to set up the "Chinese Food Prosperity Base, A Part of the Overseas Project to Benefit Overseas Chinese" in Fujian Business University. It is the only university in Fujian Province that has been awarded this license so far. In recent years, a series of activities such as "Overseas Chinese Food Prosperity Seminar" and "Chinese Food Prosperity Lecture" have been held regularly for exchanges and promotion of Chinese food culture at home and abroad.
The Specialty of Culinary and Nutrition Education worked with Fuzhou Juchunyuan Group to set up the Juchunyuan Cooking College of Fujian Business University and established a high-quality professional faculty consisting of Chinese cooking masters and Fujian cuisine masters for collaborative teaching and a deep integration of production, education and research. With extensive cooperation with a number of hospitality groups, star hotels and industry associations, it has established a solid student internship base.
