Fuzhou pays high attention to the research of food culture, and has established one state-level skill master studio, 16 provincial-level skill master studios and 13 municipal-level skill master studios in the catering industry. Fuzhou holds a Fujian cuisine cooking competition every two years, and implements the training program of Fujian cuisine masters and intangible cultural heritage inheritors, to give play to the demonstration and leading role of Fujian cuisine masters and representative intangible cultural heritage inheritors, and cultivate young Fujian cuisine chefs and inheritors.

The Public Cooking Training Base of Changle Vocational Technical Secondary School, as a municipal-level vocational education public training base project, is a practical training base with Changle regional characteristics which integrates "teaching production, competition training, research and development services."

Fuzhou Juchunyuan Group continues to improve the skills of Fujian cuisine talents by means of the "Fujian cuisine skill master studio," "passing on experience" and "new apprenticeship system" at all levels within the enterprise.
