Vice Chairman of the China Famous Chefs Committee,Winner of the “China Golden Chef Award”

In 1997, he was awarded the title of “Outstanding Fujian Cuisine Chef;”

In 2001, he won the Gold Medal at the Friendship Competition of the Six Provinces in East China;

In 2005, he was awarded the title of “National Outstanding Chef” at the 15th China Chef Festival;

In 2012, he won a Gold Medal from the China Hospitality Association for his expertise in creating traditional Fujian wedding banquet dishes;

In 2014, he was honored with the title of “Fujian Culinary Master;”

In 2016, he was named one of the “Top Ten Chefs of Fuzhou” by the Fuzhou Catering and Cooking Industry Association;

In 2018, his dish “Instant-boiled Sea Clam in Chicken Broth” received a provincial-level award for classic regional cuisine at the national level;

In 2018, he received the “China Golden Chef Award” from the China Cuisine Association;

In 2018, he was awarded the “Fenghuo Cup” Annual Chinese Culinary Artist by the World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry;

In August 2019, he visited the Netherlands and Belgium to promote Fujian cuisine culture andtechniques;

In 2021, he was named “Fujian Cuisine Promotion Ambassador” by the Fuzhou Catering and Cooking Industry Association;

In 2021, he was appointed Vice Chairman of the Famous Chefs Committee, China Hospitality Association, and was awarded the title of “Chinese Culinary Craftsman.”
