65 Fujian Dishes Are Included in the List of First Batch of Protected Fujian Cuisine
A total of 65 Fujian dishes were included in the list of the first batch of protected Fujian cuisine in Fuzhou, including 30 hot dishes such as Fotiaoqiang and 35 local snacks such as fish balls, which are all representative and typical Fujian dishes in Fuzhou.
Fujian cuisine, as one of the eight major cuisines in China, was formed based on Fuzhou dishes and later integrated local flavors of eastern Fujian, southern Fujian, western Fujian, northern Fujian and Puxian.
There are 30 hot dishes on the List of First Batch of Protected Fujian Cuisine:
