From October 31 to November 2, the 25th China Food Festival & the 2nd Fujian Cuisine Culture Festival, and the 1st (Fuzhou) Fotiaoqiang Festival will be held at the Fuzhou Strait International Conference and Exhibition Center. Food enthusiasts, culinary experts, master chefs and leading enterprises in the industry will guide both professional audiences and citizens into a world of gastronomy, offering them a chance to experience the charm of Chinese culinary culture and the international influence of Fujian cuisine.
The event will be hosted by the China Hospitality Association and organized by the Catering Business Department, Exhibition Department, Time-Honored Brand and Intangible Cultural Heritage Professional Committee, Food Delivery Professional Committee, Famous Chefs Professional Committee, Prepared Food Professional Committee, Famous Snacks Professional Committee of the China Hospitality Association, as well as the Fuzhou Catering and Cuisine Industry Association, Shandong Haiming Exhibition Co., Ltd., and Beijing Huijing International Exhibition Co., Ltd.

The five theme exhibitions in the catering sector, covering over 12,000 square meters, will attract more than 20,000 professional visitors, over 3,000 professional buyers and distributors, and leaders from the 2024 Top 100 Restaurant Brands… The 25th China Food Festival & the 2nd Fujian Cuisine Culture Festival, and the 1st (Fuzhou) Fotiaoqiang Festival, will continue to maintain the high standards and quality of previous editions, bringing a gourmet feast to the industry and the city of Fuzhou.
The 2024 Landmark Food and Culture Themed Banquet Exhibition will bring together renowned landmark food representative enterprises, well-known brand restaurants, and catering businesses from across the country. It will showcase representative landmark dishes from various regions, including classic signature dishes, famous snacks, and products from well-known food companies. The exhibition will also feature theme banquets and landmark gourmet feasts with distinctive cultural characteristics from Fujian Province and other provinces and cities nationwide. Additionally, the organizing committee will launch the “One County, One Table of Dishes” premium display and exchange.
The 2024 Culinary Ingredients Exhibition will invite outstanding domestic ingredient suppliers to showcase premium “local specialties,” “famous, special, high-quality and new” ingredients from Fujian and other parts of the country. It will feature specialty ingredients such as pre-made food, prepared ingredients and semi-finished products, as well as pre-packaged products like local dishes, poon choi, cold dishes, braised foods, New Year’s dishes, barbecue foods, baked goods, seasonal foods, and travel snacks. Besides, recommended ingredients from the Famous Chefs Professional Committee of the China Hospitality Association will also be showcased.
The 2024 Fotiaoqiang Industry Chain Exhibition will bring together domestic manufacturers and distributors of pre-made and semi-finished Fotiaoqiang products, companies engaged in the breeding, processing, and production of Fotiaoqiang ingredients, and those engaged in Fotiaoqiang utensils and supplies, to showcase pre-made and semi-finished Fotiaoqiang products, Fotiaoqiang ingredients such as abalone, sea cucumber, dried scallops, and peppercorns, as well as Fotiaoqiang-related utensils, packaging, and other essential products.
The 2024 Brand Catering Machinery Equipment and Utensils Exhibition will showcase high-quality products such as central kitchen machinery, kitchen equipment, smart catering devices, takeaway food packaging, takeaway food containers, tableware, and other catering supplies and utensils.
The 2024 “Chinese Food Export” National Brand Catering Empowerment Conference (Fuzhou Station) will invite several representatives from the national catering industry and associations.
