Mawei Pre-Made Food Wins Two Honors
Mawei pre-made food has received two honors
“Top Sales for Fotiaoqiang in China” and “No. 1 Brand for Fotiaoqiang”
Recently, iiMedia Research, a third-party data mining and analysis firm in the global new economy industry, released data confirming that Hydewin, a leading company in the pre-made food sector, has earned the titles of “Top Sales for Fotiaoqiang in China” and “No. 1 Brand for Fotiaoqiang.” This recognition has further highlighted Mawei’s status as the “Pre-made Food Capital of Aquatic Products in China.”
As the “Pre-made Food Capital of Aquatic Products in China,” Mawei boasts abundant fishery resources and a well-established industrial chain. Hydewin, deeply rooted in the region, takes full advantage of local resources to steadily grow and expand. Last year, the company achieved sales of 370 million yuan, with Fotiaoqiang sales approaching 5 million servings.
Fotiaoqiang, originally known as “Fu Shou Quan,” is a century-old classic dish from Fujian. “Its aroma is so tempting that it could entice even a vegetarian monk to forsake his vows and jump over the temple wall for a taste.” That’s why it is called “Buddha Jumps over the Wall” (Fotiaoqiang). Known as the No. 1 dish of Fujian cuisine, Fotiaoqiang is made from premium ingredients like abalone, fish maw, and sea cucumber. At the Hydewin production line in Tingjiang, these ingredients are processed using a digital soup-making system, resulting in fragrant, ready-to-eat Fotiaoqiang. After being frozen, they are carefully packaged and shipped both domestically and internationally. (Fuzhou Daily Reporter: Ouyang Jinquan, Correspondents: Li Shengjie, Chen Xiaojing)
